BARBARA O’MALLEY

Barbara O’Malley started her law career over 20 years ago and has specialized in the field of Real Estate Law.  Her expertise is in Commercial and Residential Transactional matters, Commercial and Residential Lender Representation and all facets of title work. In addition, she has extensive experience with Landlord Tenant matters, Small Business Purchase and Sales,  Last Will and Testaments and the formation of Corporate, Partnership and LLC entities. Currently, she is the presiding Justice of the Mastic Beach Village Court. Ms .O’Malley graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook with a BS in Political Science and obtained her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.  She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and is also licensed to practice in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York. She is the Supervisor of the Appearance and Real Estate Departments at Nelson Law Group.
