BRIAN NELSON

Admitted to the New York State and Federal Bar, Mr. Nelson has appeared on over 3,500 cases in New York. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements with a variety of lenders. Having appeared before multiple bankruptcy judges, Mr. Nelson has an in depth knowledge of their requirements, local rules and the Bankruptcy Code.
