ALEXANDER D. CARLOMAGNO
Alexander D. Carlomagno began his law career in 1989 as Assistant General Counsel for an international shoe company. There, he was involved in all day-to-day company legal matters including preparation of joint venture and licensing agreements, as well as trademark law. He later worked for a firm specializing in construction law, including turnkey contracts, general contract law, along with real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Carlomagno was in private practice for over 15 years where he concentrated in all facets of residential and commercial real estate law, business entity formations, corporate and commercial transactions, along with general practice in areas such as matrimonial mediation, personal injury law, wills, trusts, estates, and probate law. Mr. Carlomagno graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a staff writer for the International Property Investment Journal and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1989.
